Holicong Football Intro. From Coach Updale with Workout Schedule Holicong Football families, It’s time to get ready for Holicong football! We are coming off our best season in 10 years, earning the 2023 CB Middle School Championship Trophy! Preparation was the key to our success. It’s now time start building a foundation for exceptional 2024 season. Though summer conditioning is not mandatory, it is a crucial part of the season. A conditioned player will perform better and have a reduced chance of injury. Also, Gathering as a team early gives us the chance to get to know each other and bond as a unit.
