Holicong Football Intro. From Coach Updale with Workout Schedule

 

Holicong Football families,

 It’s time to get ready for Holicong football! We are coming off our best season in 10 years, earning the 2023 CB Middle School Championship Trophy! Preparation was the key to our success. It’s now time start building a foundation for exceptional 2024 season. Though summer conditioning is not mandatory, it is a crucial part of the season. A conditioned player will perform better and have a reduced chance of injury.  Also, Gathering as a team early gives us the chance to get to know each other and bond as a unit. 

We will hold summer conditioning on Tuesday and Thursday August 6th through August 22nd, on the following dates from 6:00 to 7:30.

Thurs. Aug. 22

 

What your player should have for the August workouts:

  1. T-Shirt & Shorts
  2.  Cleats
  3. Water 

As we approach the season you will receive more informational emails. For now, here are a few notes:

  1. All football activities during the regular season (practice/games) are typically held Monday through Thursday. There may be Friday activities during the year, but it is rare. We do not play or practice on weekends
  2. All practices take place right after school
  3. The most important thing you can do is complete the online Big Teams form. This includes a physical/medical exam.  All players must have a medical to participate in official practices in September.

(The physical not required for August conditioning)
